As we explore self acceptance more deeply, through poetry, we often find that it requires both a deeper hunger for the truth, and the willingness to witness our selves in all its facets, emotion and yes, even thoughts.

In this session we’ll explore this willingness to see ourselves more closely and when we shine a light on it, whether we can witness what we seek as well. As Rumi says “What you seek is seeking you”.
